Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and exclude GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. 

Hours of Service

For ordering online this site is a 24-hour, all day service. We will make best efforts to ensure that the service is available and working at all times. Our office is staffed at 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You may leave a message if calling outside these hours or send an email to info@alwaysmadespecial.co.nz at any time.

Order Delivery & Charges

Delivery within New Zealand:

Orders received by 2:00pm will be delivered within 3-5 working days via Post Haste, Castle Parcels or PBT Couriers. We will always endeavor to process and dispatch your order within the times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier problems outside of our control. To ensure shipping charges remains cost-effective, our recommendation is a minimum order of 2-3 cubic metres. If you're unsure whether your order meets this requirement, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us before placing your order.

International Delivery:

Orders received by 2:00pm will be processed and dispatched promptly via our international courier partners. Please note that delivery timeframes for worldwide shipments vary depending on the destination country and are outside of our control. We will always endeavour to process and dispatch your order in a timely manner; however, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by courier transit times, customs clearance, or any other factors outside of our control.

Guarantee

Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards. However, if you do receive an order which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us within 30 days on 0800 365 4585 or email on info@alwaysmadespecial.co.nz.

Orders may be cancelled or changed by calling or emailing us, if the order has not already been dispatched.
